Hello! I am Miss Wilson!

A little about me… I have lived on the harbor my whole life. I graduated from Aberdeen High School in 2017 and currently live in Cosmopolis. When I was in High School, all of my friends were planning on getting out of Grays Harbor as soon as they could. I always knew that I wanted to stay on the Harbor to help our youth and communities grow. The Harbor is a special place! Another thing about me is I have a pug named Earl who is my best friend! When I'm not at school, I enjoy taking Earlie on walks, and spending time with friends and family.

I am beyond thankful that I get to spend my days working for such an amazing school. I had the opportunity to complete my student  teaching and do long term substituting here at OSE...needless to say, I instantly knew that this is where I’m meant to be. My favorite part about this beautiful community are the amazing kids and families that live here. All of the students I teach hold a special place in my heart. I love seeing them with their bright smiles succeeding and growing up. This year I am so excited to start my teaching journey in kindergarten. Kinder is a very important grade to me because I want to make sure that students' first experience of school is positive, full of love and full of many, many dance parties!  By the time my students get to first grade, they will know they can accomplish hard things and that they will always be loved and cared about by me and all of the staff here at OSE. 

Once again, I am thankful everyday that I get to work with such amazing kiddos and educators who care about the families in Ocean Shores.
